Deutschlandstipendium (Scholarship)

Starting in October 2025, students enrolled in the master’s degree programme "Master (Blended Learning) of Evaluation (MABLE)" will have the opportunity to apply for the Deutschlandstipendium. This scholarship offers financial support of € 300 per month for one year, totalling 3,600 €. The funding is intended for the second year of study and will be awarded for the first time in October 2025.

The selection for the scholarship is based on the academic performance in the degree programme. The main criterion is the grade point average after the first semester. Grades from the following three modules will be considered: Introduction to Evaluation, Conducting and Managing Evaluations, Evaluation Design. All three modules are weighted equally in the calculation of the final grade point average.

You can find more information about the Deutschlandstipendium on the website of the StudienStiftungSaar.
Students will find details on the application process via the online campus.

This is what our
students and alumni
have to say

"Participating in the programme has given me the opportunity to strengthen my theoretical base and research methodology skills in conducting monitoring and evaluation. I feel privileged to benefit from the knowledge and experience of professors who are experts in their respective fields, and to take part in enriching discussions through an international network of competent fellow students."

Burcu Yeşiladalı, M.A.
Expert Consultant

"As I am working full time, I cannot commit to a full time course attending an university. I liked the course content, particularly the idea of assignments which can be based on everyday work context. I am positive that the programme will be immensely useful during my career leading the development of an evaluation culture within the local authority and to lead evaluations in academic settings."

Gayan Perera, PhD
Head of Epidemiology Services

"A strength of the program is that students come from all over the world, which allows us to learn about each other’s culture and form an international network of experts. The program does not have any age limitation, which leads to a perfect mix of young professionals and highly experienced practitioners and allows us to learn from the experience of practitioners from the field firsthand."

Mohamad Rafi Popal, M.A.
Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist
